Hmmm..... Looks yummy! When I was down there with the Duarte's they talked me into eating an entire fish head - it really wasn't that bad since it had been fried extra crispy! Now we're getting ready to move back down there to train under Pastor Duarte and then go out to start planting churches in Mato Grosso. I'll be following your blog and looking forward to future posts of your life there in Brazil!
